This page sets out the terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) for using the GlitchShop.co.uk website (the “Website”). Please be aware that by joining the Website and participating in the community you agree to abide by the Agreement.

We sell products to customers in the United Kingdom.
We do not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We endeavour to keep all images used on the website as accurate as possible. However there may be times when the product you receive varies in appearance slightly to the photo used on the website. The product itself will be the one we have advertised and supplied and any difference will be purely cosmetic.
Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
From time to time this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).
Financial Information
We do not store any financial information such as credit card information. All payment processing is done via Stripe, a regulated third-party service.
Your Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to enter your address correctly. We accept no responsibility for incorrect addresses, and if an order is delivered to an incorrect address we are unable to accept this as a non-delivery claim.
If an order is returned to us by our Courier if the address you entered is undeliverable, we will refund the price you paid for the order minus a £5 charge to cover our costs.
If your order is delivered to an incorrect address, or indeed not delivered at all due to an error in the delivery information you submit to us (for example missing house number, incorrect postcode, missing street name etc.), then you will not be covered for losses.
Non-Deliveries
Non-delivery claims for orders you haven’t received must be made within 21 days of you placing your order. Claims made after 21 days will not be accepted.
Misuse
Hopefully it would never come to this but we reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user’s account if, in our reasonable view, the user appears to be in breach of any provision of this Agreement.
We reserve the right not to fulfil orders if we deem the order has been generated via: nefarious means; unintended use of coupons, discount codes, or promotions; or if the total order value is zero (£0); or is unable to be met within a reasonable time and cost.
Privacy policy
Our Privacy Policy sets out details of what personal data and information we hold and how it is used.
Changes to the Agreement
Please be aware that the Agreement may change from time to time and that, if it does, we’ll update it on the Website.
Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
